Blueberry Cheesecake

Ahhhh the cheesecake. For me, the cake that started it all! This is the recipe, passed down through my family over generations, that inspired me to first start baking. My aunt was a professional baker for a time and some of my happiest childhood memories are of when she would call us in to lick the bowl and fight over the beaters. Over the years I have added my own personal flare, (Crunchberry Cheesecake, anyone?) But the heart of the recipe has never changed and no matter how many crazy confection concoctions I come up with, it will always be my favorite.
